Ada yang berpikir harus beli makanan organik, olahraga keras tiap hari, atau tidur super disiplin. Padahal, hidup sehat sebenarnya sederhana. Intinya adalah bagaimana kita bisa menjaga keseimbangan tubuh dan pikiran supaya tetap fit dan produktif dalam menjalani rutinitas sehari-hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nah, ada empat hal utama yang jadi pondasi gaya hidup sehat: pola makan seimbang, olahraga rutin, istirahat berkualitas, dan kesehatan mental. Empat pilar ini saling terhubung. Kalau salah satunya kacau, biasanya yang lain ikut berantakan. Kadang kita merasa lapar padahal sebenarnya haus. Saat tidur, tubuh memperbaiki sel, mengatur hormon, dan menyegarkan otak.
